Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb strawberries washed and dried
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • ¼ c black candy melts

Instructions

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until chips are melted and smooth. Stir well.
  • Carefully dip the strawberries in the melted white chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper to rest. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
  • In a small bowl, melt the black candy melts. Transfer the melted black candy melts to a piping bag.
  • Cut a small hole in the end and pipe the two eyes and mouth on each strawberry. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes.

Notes

Storage: Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Dipped strawberries should be consumed within a day.
