Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb strawberries washed and dried
  • 1 ½ c white chocolate or candy melts
  • Eyeball candy sprinkles

Instructions

Directions:

  • Prep your workspace with parchment.
  • Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave until smooth.
  • Carefully dip each strawberry in the white chocolate. Allow to rest on the parchment until set. Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
  • Transfer the rest of the melted white chocolate to a piping bag. Cut a small hole in the end.
  • Pipe two small dollops of melted white chocolate near the top of the strawberry.
  • Place the eyeball candy sprinkles immediately before the white chocolate sets.
  • Drizzle the white chocolate over the strawberries in criss-cross patterns similar to a mummy wrapping, avoiding the eyeballs.
  • Allow to rest until set.

Notes

Storage: Strawberries should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day.
