Oreo Dirt Cups

These Oreo Dirt Cups are a nostalgic no-bake dessert layered with rich chocolate pudding, freshly whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and fresh strawberries — topped with gummy worms and edible flowers for a playful finish everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • gummy worms for topping
  • edible flowers for garnish
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin. Aim for a mix of fine dust and small pebble-sized pieces.
  • In a large bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with the cold milk for about 2 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken. Refrigerate briefly while you prepare the whipped cream.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
  • Reserve about 1 cup of whipped cream for topping. Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the chilled chocolate pudding until no white streaks remain.
  • Spoon a layer of Oreo crumbs into the bottom of each serving cup.
  • Add a layer of the chocolate pudding mixture on top of the Oreo crumbs.
  • Add a layer of diced fresh strawberries, then a dollop of reserved whipped cream.
  • Repeat the layers — Oreo crumbs, pudding mixture, strawberries, and whipped cream — finishing with a generous layer of Oreo crumbs on top to create the 'dirt' effect.
  • Decorate the top of each cup with gummy worms, edible flowers, and a sprig of fresh mint.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the layers to set and the flavors to meld together.

Notes

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Add gummy worms, edible flowers, and mint right before serving to keep them fresh. Do not freeze — the pudding and whipped cream will separate when thawed.
